What is Fletcher Pilates® ABCs Course?

This course provides the ideal foundation and vocabulary to studying and licensing to teach all Fletcher Pilates® techniques. It begins with an in-depth presentation of the Fletcher Percussive Breath technique, standing & Centering Cues, covers the Fletcher Fundamentals and Pilates Movement Principles, which are the ABC’s of all Fletcher Pilates® Study and practice. This course is a pre requisite to all Fletcher Licensing and Advanced Courses.

How much does the Course cost?

The fee of S$400 includes one day of instruction by a comprehensively trained teacher.

Is there a registration deadline?

The registration deadline for this event is 2 weeks prior to the event start date. To inquire about the possibility of registering for this event past the registration deadline, please contact the number(s) given for each location.

These requests will be granted based on space availability.

Who should take this Course?

This Course is designed primarily for Pilates, movement therapy teachers and those who regularly practices pilates. It also provides an excellent continuing education opportunity for Physical and Massage Therapist as well as Personal and Athletic Trainers.

May I take this Course if I do not work or teach in a related profession or do not wish to continue with the Licensing and Advanced Courses?

YES! We welcome intermediate/advanced students of a variety of movement disciplines to take this course for personal information and practice. Should you have questions or concerns as to whether this course is appropriate for you, please contact the number(s) given for each location.

The ABC’s course is valid for 12 months if you choose to continue with the Licensing and Advanced Courses.

What is the course schedule?

For exact dates see the Calendar for each location/studio.

The workshop starts at 10:00am and finishes at 5:00pm (lunch break from 1:00-2:00pm).

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

All Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send/fax a written, dated cancellation notice to the address of the location which you will be taking the Course.

If cancellation is received up to one month prior to event start date, a full refund of Program fees, less a S$75 administration fee, will be issued. Cancellations made less than one month prior to event start date are not eligible for a refund. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund to be processed.

In the event that iPilates Pte Ltd should have to cancel an event due to low enrollment or illness, all students will be given one month notice prior to event start date, and will be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation.
